Insurance & Fees

  • INTAKE sessions are 55-60 minutes, fees range from $185-$250 per appointment, based on the experience level of the therapist leading the session. 

    INDIVIDUAL & COUPLES sessions are 50-55 minutes, fees range from $165-$200 per session, based on the experience level of the therapist leading the session.

    Credit Cards, Cash, HRA & HSA Cards are accepted forms of payment.

  • At Olive Branch Wellness, we value your time and are committed to providing consistent, quality care. In order to maintain the integrity of our scheduling, honor our therapists’ time, and to ensure that appointment times are available to all clients who need them, we have the following cancellation and no-show policy:

    • Notice Requirement:

    If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice (1 business day).

    If you are unable to provide timely notice, you may reschedule once within the same calendar week to waive the late cancellation fee.

    • Late Cancellations and No-Shows:

    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will result in a late cancellation fee of the full session rate.

    This fee is not billable to insurance and will be charged directly to the card on file.
